Temperatures - An experimental approach to a spatial narrative

The installation relates video, 23 min, audio and different materials from within the exhibition space, with a construction in the range on the forecourt.
Several film sequences served as a starting point for the installation. They were developed in collaboration with Monika Schori previously to the exhibition. Schori processed, by planning and handcrafting, a basic stock of construction materials on the environment around the exhibition space. The film was presented as an audiopiece in a fragmented space setting. The production and post- production facilities such as the film script, props, the soundtrack, voiceovers, intertitles or the actual physical form of the presentation were spread out. Interior and exterior space were punctually connecting each other.

Die Installation beinhaltet Video, 23 min, Audio und Materialien aus dem Ausstellungsraum mit einer Konstruktion auf dem Vorplatz.
Als Ausgangslage dienten mehrere Filmsequenzen, die im Vorfeld der Ausstellung in Zusammenarbeit mit Monika Schori entwickelt wurden. In der Umgebung des Ausstellungsraumes bearbeitete Schori planerisch und handwerklich ein Grundstock an Baumaterialien.
Der Film wurde als Audiostück in einem fragmentarischen Raumsetting präsentiert. Die filmischen Produktions- und Postproduktionsmittel wie das Filmskript, die Vertonung der Filmbilder, Offstimme, Zwischentitel oder die eigentliche Präsentationsform wurden ausgebreitet. Innenraum und Aussenraum haben sich punktuell berührt und synchron verschränkt.
