The film consists a sequence in which three actors perform on texts from the office of urban development of the City of Zurich, theoretical texts on the phenomenon of immaterial work and combative statements from union side. This is followed by a montage of found footage material on urban development, quality of life, workplace design and investment banking.

Der Film besteht aus einer Sequenz, in der drei SchauspielerInnen Texte aus dem Amt für Stadtentwicklung der Stadt Zürich, theoretische Texte zu Phänomenen der immateriellen Arbeit und kämpferische Statements von gewerkschaftlicher Seite ab Blatt aufführen. Darauf folgt eine Montage von Foundfootage Materialien zu Stadtentwicklung, Lebensqualität, Arbeitsweltdesign und Investmentbanking.
